About Me

Who I Am

I am Julie - a Christian wife and mother of four beautiful children. I am employed full time as the Claim Operations Manager for a national insurance adjusting company. In my spare time (yes, I do have a little bit every now and then) I enjoy reading, sewing, quilting, embroidering, blogging, & photography. 

My Awesome Husband

My husband and I have been together for 12 years. This is my second marriage and when I married him, I married my best friend and soulmate. We love the Lord and enjoy attending church together in the same church he was raised in as a youth and where many of our friends, family and neighbors attend. 

My husband spent over 20 years as a sheriffs officer, is a taxidermist by trade, but he currently loves his "semi-retired" status. He enjoys old country music and old cars. We currently own a 1949 Chevy 3100 that we are working to restore. On the weekends, we can often be found at almost any car show within a 100 mile radius. 

My Amazing Children

It is my privilege to be the mother of two daughters, ages 21 and 13, and two sons, ages 17 and 15, this year. They are the most important people in my life and almost everything that I do is for the benefit of my family.  All of my children have unique and distinct personalities and talents. I spend a great deal of my time doing things with and for my children. Most of the activities I am involved in, are for one reason another - centered around them.


Things aren't always easy in my marriage, my parenting, my career or just my life in general..... but with prayer, I know God will bring me through whatever crosses my path.
