I'm sure a few have wondered if I have disappeared off the face of the Earth. It sure feels like it some days. I have been really busy, that's for sure. For the past year I have been trying to keep up with my 4 great kids and my blooming career. I run in a million different directions all at once it feels like.
But, I have started to learn the word NO! "No, you can not do that today." "No, I am not available to help." "No, I can not participate in that event." "No, I am going to stay home today." Its quite therapeutic actually...... I think everyone should try it.
